Staff are amazing. Room is so clean but 117 suite bathroom door does not close and the door id broken and the washroom is old. Otherwise I loved the services. The hotel is so busy but honestly staff are so helpful and respond quickly. Also iam so happy that I was able to bring my kitten bit i paid a $90 fees which I feel it is a lot.

Looking quickly at the hotel, the rooms, the hallways, the entrance, the lobby, it all looked very nice and up to date. As a whole, this hotel looks very clean, modern and renovated. But looking closely, there were a lot of little things that could use maintenance such as the very stained carpet in the stairways, the patching up that looked like what it was done real quickly and the water stays and damaged near the shower. And oddly enough, my room smelled like cigarette smoke.

During check-in, the front desk staff informed us to reach out for any assistance we might need. On the 1st day, the body wash pump in our room was not functioning, and we reported this issue to the front desk the following day. Upon returning in the afternoon, we found that no action had been taken regarding the body wash, and our room had not been cleaned either. Considering the price of nearly $300 per night, plus an additional $5 for daily parking, we are unlikely to return. The complimentary breakfast was good though.
