I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for 3 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
From the start, the front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. During my stay, the toilet overflowed, causing water to cover the bathroom floor. When I called the front desk for assistance, the front desk guy only brought towels and a plunger. No effort was made to properly clean or fix the issue, and I was forced to leave standing water on the floor overnight until 11:00 a.m. the next day, which was unacceptable.
The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, which made the situation even worse. The walls are extremely thin—the guest above me was stomping and making noise all night, every night of my stay. In addition, guests across the hall were repeatedly loud in the hallway, sounding like they were having a party, with no apparent staff intervention.
The food was nasty, and the waiter was rude. After eating at the hotel, I experienced constipation, which added to the discomfort of my stay. I also reacted to the pillowcase, which caused my left cheek to break out, raising concerns about cleanliness and laundry practices.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Between the rude staff, cleanliness issues, noise disturbances, and poor food quality, I would not recommend this location.
