The room was very clean, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. I don’t like carpet flooring as you never know how clean it is. The walls in the room needed painting and the tub/shower was dated. Good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was minimal and coffee was not good. Morning staff were great.

It's a good place to stay for the money. The breakfast is meager but there are lots of restaurants in the area. They have all day coffee. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Good location in Gananaque.

Honestly the room was spacious and clean. It's difficult to find a room to accommodate a family of 5. Grab and go breakfast was pretty sad but overall the stay was great. Friendly staff clean and we had fun in the heated outdoor pool

You get what you pay for so our expectations not high. All we wanted was a clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed and that what we got. The bathroom has been neglected in cosmetic appearance but it is clean with plenty of towels provided. We were staying to take in the thousand island cruise and the town.

The front desk was so welcoming and helpful in finding a room for my mother. We were down for the Kingston soccer tournament and we could not ask for better accommodations. We particularly enjoyed the pool although the hot tub was a bit of a letdown. It had no external controls , the temperature was the same as the pool and there were few jets. We were able to get additional towels as needed. The property and rooms were clean, but housekeeping failed to remove the garbage and they did not speak English. We didn't not have breakfast on site so we cannot comment. We appreciated early check in.
