Very comfortable overnight stay

Convenient hotel a short walk from the train station. Very welcoming and professional check in. The room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but absolutely fine. Breakfast was fine, though a little expensive. The bar was welcome after a long day travelling.

Great 4 day stay!

We had a lovely stay in City Park Hotel. The room was perfect and housekeeping was available daily. Two people in particular at the desk were very welcoming and helpful and great with our language barrier- Paul Wegner and the young girl with dark hair (think it may be Roberta). Close to all amenities and bar open late.

Recently refurbished. Lovely welcoming staff. Easy parking underground for 9euro. Easy walk into the centre. A range of fairly good eating all within 15mins walk as the hotel only does breakfast…which was fine. Everything exceptionally clean and well presented. The only downside for us was no air conditioning in our room as the weather was exceptionally hot at 34c. An electric fan was provided.

Sehr Gutes, Sauberes Hotel zum guten Preis!

Sehr nettes personal. Sehr nette bedienung trotz Corona zeiten! Spülbecken war bei uns etwas beschädigt man hat mir angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Habe ich bei anderen Hotels schon anders erlebt, daher einen Großen Daumen hoch für den Service im Citypark Hotel Bedienung hat beim Buchen mich darauf Aufmerksam gemacht das leider die Minibar ausgeräumt werden musste wegen Corona Zeiten, aber es wurde angeboten das alle Getränke und Snacks in der Minibar auf Bestellung zu mir nach oben geliefert werden könnte. Das ist ein hervorragendes Angebot und sehr guter Kundernservice, hier wird versucht dem Kunden trotz schwerer Zeiten und den ganzen Einschränkungen ein gutes Erlebnis zu bieten. Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr geachtet. War bis jetzt 6 mal in diesem Hotel zu besuch und in jedem Zimmer was ich bekam war die Sauberkeit ohne Ausnahme Sehr gut, das heißt: Kein Schimmel, kein Dreck, Frische Bettwäsche, Kein Staub, gepflegte Möbel, saubere toilette, saubere Dusche, saubere Spüle und ein saubere Spiegel! Auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit wird hier definitiv geachtet, das Personal welches die Zimmer säubert fragte mich freundlich nach ob das Zimmer nach nur einem Tag aufenthalt gereinigt werden sollte, sehr freundlich! Ich bedanke mich beim City Park Hotel für den Aufenthalt und bin mir sicher das ich in der Zukunft mich immer wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden würde! Daumen hoch!

Gute Lage zu einem guten Preis

Bisher haben wir 2x in diesem Hotel übernachtet und werden es auch in Zukunft bei unseren Aufenthalten in Frankfurt/Oder tun. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet, aber gut gepflegt und sauber. Bis ins Zentrum sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß, die Garage ist groß und übersichtlich. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und frisch.

Urlaub wollte ich hier nicht machen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Triste Gegend, Zustand des Zimmers ok, aber das Bad hatte Mängel. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, keine Klimatisierung.

Sehr akzeptables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral zwischen Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof. Die Rezeption war freundlich und mein Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand. Das WLAN war etwas schwach, insgesamt aber in Ordnung. Insgesamt halte ich das Hotel - gerade auch vor dem Hintergrund weniger Alternativen vor Ort - für absolut empfehlenswert.

Lovely Spot

This hotel was a little more expensive than some of the others in Frankfurt (Oder). But it was very nice. Great breakfast(included). Try the almond butterfly pastry . Yum. It is right on the University Park and a 2 minute walk to the main square and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were helpful and pleasant and they have a business centre. I would recommend this hotel.
