Absolutely perfect for our long wknd away. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, nice little pool bar for a bite to eat or a refreshment. Good shop inside for bags and accessories, bought a fab clutch ! Overall, a really great stay thank you.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities were perfect (it was a girls trip vs family) the proximity of the hotel to the Port meant a nice 15 minute walk. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely come back.

8/10 Very good

Lovely stay in September with friendly staff and beautiful setting. Tony was especially helpful and repaired a couple of things that needed it. Gym and Spa were generally good but one of the bicycles needs repair and the jet pool in the spa was quite cold and unpleasant. Would definitely go back!!

The hotel facilities are great, superbe gym. The walls of the rooms are unfortunately very thin and you can hear everything at night.

Very nice team! Pools are not too big but enough for families. There are many parking places.

8/10 Very good

We had breakfast on the last morning - expensive - but good selection of food - but chaotic service options - coffee with no milk near, cereals separate from milk. No plates anywhere near correct places eg large plates only for bread areas. Staff admitted that they had never tried to have coffee, cereal, hot food and fruit in that order! They would have had to walk 200 meters!

We loved our stay here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good also. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

6/10 Good

This was our 4th stay and I have to say we were a little disappointed this time. The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once! The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work! The staff weren't as pleasant and helpful this time either Overall the location is great and is was ok but not sure we would go back again

The most fabulous hotel. Clean, convenient but the best bit about it was the staff. Without exception they were some of the friendliest and most efficient staff I have come accross.

Overall an excellent stay. Breakfast is fabulous, they have a new Italian restaurant opening 26th June for evening meals, however the options within walkkg distance are very very good. La Gourmeda, Milu excellent. Staff at the hotel super friendly. Facilities are all very good, clean pool. Cannot fault it.

The villa bungalow was quiet with plenty of space. Good toiletries and kitchenware for a simple breakfast / lunch. Use of other hotel facilities was also a change of scenery. Daily cleaning a bonus!

Mediocre experience

Disappointed in the hotel. Rude staff at the reception when we arrived. The “Mini club” is a room with toys, the cleaning lacked and the rooms were anything but soundproof. We could hear our upstairs neighbours having sex… all in all a mediocre experience. Port D’Andratx is beautiful city but not much to do as a family.

2/10 Poor

The property and Expedia charged us an adult rate for a baby (including breakfast and tourist). We were overcharged nearly €360. Despite trying to rectify this with staff whilst at the property with daily calls and emails, including promises the refund had already been processed!, we were finally given a reimbursement of just €80 a month later when home in England. We were extremely disappointed in the customer service of both the hotel and Expedia who continually blamed each other for the fault.
