Not so worth it

Our overall stay was OK but there are some stuff that new travellers need to know 1. If you are not all inclusive you are treated differently. 2. People are reserving chairs at the pool in the morning and only showing up at the end of the day. 3. The dinner buffet is 40 Euros/per and you have the extra for a glass of water. 4. The inside bartender can be very rude to non all inclusive members

Great resort if you want away from the city. Rooms are large and beds comfortable. There isn’t much around the resort so you are forced to eat at their restaurants. The breakfast has a lot of choices, albeit more for European tastebuds. Food overall was okay—typical of most hotels. Pool is beautiful.

The hotel is definitely not 5*. The hotel staff are lovely but the amenities are basic. There are 2 restaurants but not very much choice in food. You have to pay for basic things like getting items ironed as they do not provide an iron and extra costs that aren’t stated before. The pools and stuff to do around the hotel can be upgraded to offer more within the resort. It was ok but the resort can be upgraded more.

First time in Morocco Marakesh and one thing stopped out for me, the fact that most hotels apr most places had their buildings looking like palaces. Well One of the reasons I booked Kenzi Menara in Marakesh is because my friends and I did a little party at the rooftop of Kenzi in Casablanca: I was in love with the hotel hence when I came to Marakesh I decided to book the same hotel and I have not regretted. Hotel is very big and rooms are too spacious for standard rooms in hotels I have slept him and this made me to totally love it. I love the trees and the gardening at the place; one other thing that stood out for me. All staff are friendly and their sense of humour is amazing. I will definitely choose Kenzi on my return to Morocco

Impressive looking hotel that on the whole did not disappoint. We were there in mid September and there were very few people there so not that much of an atmosphere. Rooms very large and clean although looking a little old in places. Food was excellent although a little repetitive. Waiters excellent , majority of pool staff friendly apart from one of the bar staff who was unfriendly and miserable. Reception staff lacking in friendliness unfortunately and not particularly helpful. Took over an hour to get them to print boarding passes and they seemed very un interested in helping preferring to assist those who jumped the que rather than those that were patiently waiting to be served- a minor point but irritating.

We stayed one week in this hotel and discovered Marrakech for the first time. I loved the spa, the swimming pool area, the gym as well. The absolute best part was the kids club, as my child had a gorgeous time whenever she stayed with Nada. That was absolutely brilliant in every way and made our holiday completely unique. In terms of the facilities, I’d recommend changing the furniture as it’s outdated. The size of the rooms were really good though. The staff honestly really depended on who I talked to, but this was during Ramadan so I’d say most of them did their best. I would just recommend to not blame the client if something doesn’t work (our key cards kept on not working and I was even blamed at some point!!!) but again that’s only two individuals at reception and the rest of them were very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options, some good and some not, but I wouldn’t say it was bad- only room for improvement. So, change the sofas and chairs, get rid of one or two few rude and inpatient members of staff, and it’s definitely a 5 stars. Again, top class service at the kids club.

I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses.
