We enjoyed our overnight stay with our small dog. Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room and amenities. While we didn’t cook the kitchen area was a nice extra.

Overnight stay.

I found that the room was well suited for an over night stay. Will book again if needed.

Despite the busy Christmas and New Year's period, our stay was cosy, quiet, and all around lovely. The room was larger than expected and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit to Tocumwal. Thanks to the staff!

New owners who are attentive, friendly and caring. We wish the business all the best for the future. If we return to the district at a later date, we will certainly return to this establishment.

Some truck noise (if you'll notice if not tired!). Large room. Bed and shower were quite fine. Clean room.

The listing is very confusing s the motel is actually called Kanimbla, not Birch Motel. We never had the opportunity to try the food, but the room was quiet and clean enough. There was no internet available.

Very run down looking outside. No maintenance evident. Inside drab. Clean though.

Place is now called something different to what's advertised. The sheets and towels were clean and receptionist nice however rooms need a big refresh. Our AC didn't work floors were very dirty, tv standing up on a random dusty old box as broken and wires all twisted around a hook on bedside. We ended up not staying the night :(

Good safe basic option for a stopover. No frills, but clean & easy walk to town. If the pool is important to you, suggest you phone ahead to check, as it was in need of maintenance when we stayed in first week September.
