It was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. It was so wonderful in fact, we decided to book an extra night. Everything from the bar staff, the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff were friendly, on point, above and beyond, and genuine. We were provided recommendations based on our interests. They genuinely got to know us, and we’re all just so great. I highly recommend this place to any individual.

Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.

This hotel was awesome. It's clean and modern. The girl at the front desk was so nice. Also, the vibe was cool as soon as I walked in, from the bar area to the room (in which one of the walls was a full black and white mural). Definitely would stay again!
