Everything suited our needs for a short stay with the girls. The staff and guests were really friendly. Cannot fault the hotel but no gluten free options for lunch by the pool. This didn't really present a problem as plenty of options in resort. In resort you could get freshly baked GF baggettes in most restaurants so just ask as not advertised.

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig. Besonders schlimm war, dass sich Kakerlaken im Zimmer befanden. Wir haben das Personal direkt darauf hingewiesen und uns wurde zugesichert, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Leider ist nichts passiert. Am Abend haben wir das Problem erneut angesprochen. Die Mitarbeiterin erklärte, dass sie von der vorherigen Schicht keine Information erhalten habe und sich nun darum kümmern werde. Auch danach wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Irgendwann hatten wir ehrlich gesagt keine Lust mehr, ständig hinterherzulaufen. Außerdem wollten wir lediglich ein paar Eiswürfel haben. Diese wurden uns jedoch mit der Begründung verweigert, dass wir erst etwas bestellen müssten, um Eiswürfel zu bekommen. Das fanden wir als Hotelgäste sehr unverständlich. Hinzu kam, dass an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen nach der Zimmerreinigung keine frischen Handtücher bereitgelegt wurden. Auch die Bettwäsche wurde während unseres Aufenthalts überhaupt nicht gewechselt. Flecken, die entstanden waren, waren noch Tage später unverändert vorhanden. Die Reinigungskraft war zudem leider sehr unfreundlich. Insgesamt hatten wir uns deutlich mehr von unserem Aufenthalt erwartet. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit, der Umgang mit den gemeldeten Problemen und der Service haben unseren Urlaub leider negativ beeinflusst. Doppelbetten gab es nicht, leider zwei Einzellbetten die zusammengestellt waren...

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht zu großem Teil auch deutsch. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, jedoch ist der Boden im Flur aufgequollen, da die Dusche nur ein halbes Glas zur Abdeckung hatte. Die Lage ist sehr gut! Zentral, dennoch nicht so laut. 5 Minuten Laufweg bis zu den Läden und ich schätze 15 min zum Mercadona (Supermarkt). Zum Cala Agulla dauert es zu Fuß ca. 30 min.

Hôtel très agréable, le personnel est très gentil et poli, résidents principalement allemands qui peuvent être bruyant et malpolis heureusement les chambres sont biens insonorisées. Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien garni.

En varm anbefaling!

Vi var så glade for at bo på hotellet! Der var lækker morgenmad, det sødeste og mest hjælpsomme personale og en dejlig pool uden kamp om solsenge. Tilmed var det komfortable senge, en skøn balkon og et kæmpe plus med køleskab på værelset! Hotellet ligger helt perfekt med en kort gåtur til en flot strand og den dejlige strandpromenade fyldt med en masse spisesteder. Jeg vil klart anbefale hotellet til alle!

Gutes Hotel für Kurztrip

Wir waren positiv üverrascht .Wir wurden spätabends noch freundlich begrüsst und erhielzen ein grosdes,ruhiges Zimmer mit Poolblick. Parken unkompliziert in der Umgebung mgl. Nahe dem Hafen und guze Restaurants in der Nähe. 10 min Fussweg zu einem kleinen , netten Strand mit Bewirtschaftung. Alles in Allem für einen Kurztrip okay.

Buen hotel y bien situado

Limpio, cama cómoda, buen a a., baño y habitación grande( habitación superior), personal muy amable ( gracias Enrique), nos ayudo mucho a organizar nuestra estancia. Cerca del mar, calas a pocos minutos andando. La única pega es la cena muy pronto ( 19:00 a 21:00)
