Das Hotel ist super, schwächelt aber auf den letzten Metern. Wie häufig wird vom Management am Personal gespart und somit ist der Service gut aber nicht sehr gut. Man ist stolz auf eine Flasche kostenfreies Wasser und auf den Kaffee/Tee-Automaten in der Suite. Naja, ist das noch zeitgemäß? Man zahlt gerne 330 Euro für eine Suite, um dann nochmal Parkgebühr zu erheben. Rührei gibt's aus dem Beutel und Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Es ist halt doch nicht ein wirklich sehr gut geführtes Haus. Man ruht sich auf der hervorragenden Lage aus. Das Atlantic hat keine Persönlichkeit. Es ist oberflächlich edel und chic, der letzte Meter zum Übernachtungs-Erlebnis fehlt aber dann doch.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, fußläufig zum Südstrand und zur Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben einige Annehmlichkeiten. Der Spabereich überzeugt durch eine gute Pflege und tolle Öffnungseiten, bis 22:00 Uhr. Und genug Handtücher gab’s auch. Woran man arbeiten könnte: Das Frühstück kostet 32,00 € … und war auch schön. Aber Preisleistung hätte besser sein können. Wenn es Euch interessiert, sende ich gerne eine persönliche Nachricht… LG aus Hamburg… und danke an Wuch für das schöne Tolle Wochenende
