After a tough day when babusar pass got closed before we could pass and had to return from Naran. Ramada was an excellent surprise. Great property, exceptional staff and great food. Highly recommended in Murree for sure. If you love calmness and serenity with a top class atmosphere, make it your next stopover.extremely happy

The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver.

Hotel is new but unfinished. Staff not fully trained. Food largely meat based and very little vegetables. Clients largely Pakistani and overseas ladies did not feel safe wit pictures being taken without permission
