Fabulous hotel. Big and airy rooms. Very comfy beds. Great sound proofing. Full breakfast included (even though it said continental when I booked). Easy walk to the Centre. The only downside is that the bar plays very loud music (rap music when we went) so we didn’t hang around. It also closes at 7pm - which I think is fairly normal for hotel bars it seems.

Great hotel for families or couples get away

Our experience was good. Beautiful property each room decorated individually, bed & pillows were super comfortable, they keep the room clean, quiet to sleep.The breakfast included could be a bit more, but it was good and appreciated. Excellent front desk customer service, we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puebla as they make you feel like home. This is a gem of a hotel.

The staff at the hotel went over and above to make sure everything was good. I had an accident while walking in Puebla and the staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing in guiding me to get the help that I needed. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very, very good.
