Top sauberes und modern renoviertes Hotel direkt in der Nähe des Yachthafen der Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Es ist ein insgesamt eher grosses Hotel, also kein Boutique Hotel. Wenn einem das nicht stört, ist man im Grand Koper top aufgehoben.

Paikka on ihan ok, hyvällä paikalla rannan edessä. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta mutta aamiaisen taso/laajuus jätti parantamisen varaa. Hotellin edessä oli muutama vallet- parkkipaikka, josta vietiin turvaan hotellin taakse 15€/vrk.

Belle chambre, située dans l’aile de l’hôtel, ce qui oblige à un peu de marche depuis la réception, propre et bien équipée. Personnel agréable et efficace. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Situé sur le port, bel emplacement pour visiter Koper et aller à la plage. Parking avec voiturier appréciable, surtout sur la côte Slovene.

Although small, the room had everything we needed and had clearly been quite recently renovated with everything looking fresh. The position of the hotel, right on the front, was excellent and Koper itself was small but lively with some good places to explore and eat. Everything was pretty exceptional, from the design and attention to detail, the room is always cleaned every time I come back. The only thing (and I don't think it takes away from the full experience) is that there should be a shortcut to the rooms further away from the main lobby, granted that there is a full courtyard for a cafe also owned by the hotel, I presume.

We splurged for this hotel because of it's interiors and really nice overall style and vibe. We were pretty disappointed at the end because the tablet in the room didn't end up working and that's how you communicate with the concierge. There is no phone in the room and the phone number on Maps does not lead to the front desk. The TVs also were not smart TVs. Once we finally found the number, the person who came to help spoke almost no english. I asked for different pillows and another duvet and he asked me to come to the supply closet with him in order to get it myself. It was quite a disappointment to us overall

Overpriced, mediocre at best. Hotel needs a major remodel. Restaurant and staff at the restaurant are nice. However, I was seated at the table one night, waited for 20 minutes, manager and staff walked by me 30 times without even acknowledging. Went elsewhere. This is a 3 star place on its best day.
