The room was fine. I've stayed there several times. Oddly, this facility has a policy of NO VISITORS. This is the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed in with this express policy. What if you were passing through town on a trip and a friend wanted to stop by? That is insane. Probably will stay elsewhere going forward. I'm now curious was that is all about. You will not see this stated when you book online.

I wanted to start off by saying the lady that checked us in was very nice i had absolutely no problems with her my problem is the room , the toilet was very dirty there was poop inside the toilet , the shower wasnt clean , the beds were hard as rocks , the room was outdated the carpet was wore out , the hotel just needs an update .

I was charged twice for my 1-night stay for a 1 King bedroom-Smoking. Was told by front clerk that they don’t have policies against refunds as your website says. I would like to be refunded for the extra room that can be verified it wasn’t utilized. It was only myself & my fiancé as guests. The operator/management said they could only fix it by charging “the Expedia” card & she didn’t have it. I don’t understand this & would like to speak with a representative regarding my stay & experience using Expedia.

The motel is showing it’s age but the room was clean and functional and the Check-in was efficient. I was kept awake by the guest next door playing music very loudly until 12.30am. I was about to ask the motel to move me when things went quiet so I don’t know how the staff would have reacted.

There was a cockroach in our room. Water leaking in the bathroom and constant water puddle around the toilet bowl. Holes in the ceiling. The walls are thin, so you can totally hear everything from next door. the room was old and dingy. The front desk at night was unfriendly. The towels were missing. Only one little soap was provided. We couldn't wait to get out of this motel.
