Clean, spacious room. Very comfy beds. Decent shower. The location is good for visiting the falls and surround areas such as Clifton Hill, whether walking down or taking the car. Free parking was also a plus. My only negatives are minor, the first being the light switches being so far away from the beds and the second is the noise from outside the door when guest were coming or going, the sound echoed around the corridor.

Perfect location for a vacation at Niagara Falls! The Diplomat Inn is within walking distance of almost everything you're going to want to see and do - and they don't charge extra to park there! The room was clean and spacious enough, despite being a bit humid, but the stairways need to be cleaned more often. (I think they need to invest in a dehumidifier for the building, although that's just our opinion.) Overall, a really good choice! I would happily recommend it to family and friends!

This spot is a gem. Away from Clifton Hill, we're not into all the non falls related nonsense, it's only a mile walk to falls. No need to pay for parking! Staff was so nice, and the room was spotless. We would definitely stay again!
