Easy parking & walking distance to the Falls. Everything very clean & recently remodeled. No elevator so may want the bottom floor if you have a lot of luggage.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel although rather old, is clean & nice & very convenient to the sights in Niagara Falls. Safe, clean, not badly priced: $362.54 for two nights with two beds. Free parking.

the room was nice and clean. good value for money on staying in this hotel. liked the mable like flooring instead of carpet. the lights within the mirror is excellent way to have a night light for those who travel with seniors though the lack of elevator is something to consider when someone has mobility issues going to either 2nd or 3rd floor.

The Diplomat Inn was great. Beautiful floors! The fan did not work in our bathroom but otherwise it was perfect. Beds very comfortable!

8/10 Very good

Clean, spacious room. Very comfy beds. Decent shower. The location is good for visiting the falls and surround areas such as Clifton Hill, whether walking down or taking the car. Free parking was also a plus. My only negatives are minor, the first being the light switches being so far away from the beds and the second is the noise from outside the door when guest were coming or going, the sound echoed around the corridor.
