Great location and hospitality. We stayed a week. Very helpfully with great communication. We stayed in room 401 which had a great view. If you don't have a view in your room they have a terrace on the 5th floor which we went to quite a bit

Conveniently located - just a 5 minute (uphill) walk to the Grand Bazaar precinct with lots of restaurants and the tram. The room was small but cosy and well appointed. The hosts were friendly. Perfect for the price if you are not planning to spend much time in your room.

I stayed here with a friend for 6 days and i really enjoyed it. So close to shops and places to eat. The staff are friendly as check-in was quick. The room was clean and i like how there is a daily cleaning service if needed. Hand and bath towels and slippers are included. The bed was big and comfy. I liked the hotel communicated over whatsapp. For example they informed me the cleaning lady was sick but they will clean the room the next day. Would stay here again and recommend others.

Quiet comfort

The receptionist was amazing. Great service. All around. From check-in to check out. He was so helpful. The hotel is located close to the grand. Bizarre and on the street. With such good food! The blue mask was a short tram, right away, or a medium walk. The room was comfortable and spacious, and so very, very quiet when you close the windows.

The room was spotless and the bathroom was very clean too. There isn’t an elevator and the stairs are pretty steep but the owners will help you with your luggage. The hotel is in a great location. If you walk up the hill you go past street vendors and cafes to the Main Street with Tram 1 to get around or it’s a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque (go first thing in the morning to avoid the lines). The main road is past souvenir stores and Turkish delight stores. It’s another short walk to the Golden Circle. The Grand Bazaar is the other direction. Down the hill by the hotel is a wonderful bakery for Simis and lots of restaurants and bars for your evening fun.

Great Location in the Heart of the City! This was a very nice hotel with an unbeatable location! It’s just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and only about three minutes to the Grand Bazaar. It’s also very close to the sea and the Bosphorus cruise boarding points. Step out of the hotel, and you’re right in the middle of the action — surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The connectivity to the rest of the city is excellent, making it a great base for exploring Istanbul. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. While the room size was quite small, it’s understandable given the prime location in the historic center. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to all the key sights.

AMAZING host, hotel & location!

Lucky was an amazing host; he was beyond helpful with anything that we needed and was so accomodating. He was like family! The hotel was clean and the rooftop has a beautiful view! It is a 5-10 minute walk up a hill to the square/tram. Very convenient location! Highly recommended!

We stayed in this newly renovated hotel for 2 nights. The hotel offers Panorama seaview views from its rooftop terrace. Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque are about 12 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and offers new beddings. Ugur the property owner is a down to earth person who will help you to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed for four nights. Ugur (the hotel owner) is really a gem of a man. He guided me personally and remained available on WhatsApp 24x7. I highly recommend this place because if you are staying in this hotel, you don't need any tour guide. Lastly, room service, cleanliness, and location are all up to the mark. The tram is hardly 200 meters away from the hotel and major tourist attractions are also either at the walking distance or can easily be visited using tram.

L'emplacement est idéal. Les chambres très propres et assez comfortable, bien qu'assez petite, mais pas de surprise sur les photos vues préalablement. Ce qui m'a le plus marqué : les employés super gentil et serviable, attentionné à l'écoute. L'anglais n'est pas maîtrisé par la majorité du staff par contre, donc je recommande d'avoir son google traduction prêt à chaque interaction, tout simplement. Attention : si vous choisissez la chambre au dernier étage, dlle donne directement sur la terrasse où les gens viennent fumer et flâner la nuit. On a changé de chambre et tout était bien tranquille par la suite.
