On arrival staff were very welcoming and friendly. very responsive to your needs. Extra pillows and baby bath provided. The filtered water provided was a bonus! Entertainment and activites for all the family all day long. Literally right on the beach and the pool was amazing! We were half board and the food was amazing with a good range of variety everyday. All in all this was a great stay for families.

Overall experience was good. Food was excellent with variety of choices. Hotel staff are very polite and hard working. Room could be modernised. We were checked in a dusty room, A/C did not work, and hand held bidet did not work too. When told reception, they changed our room but still A/C was not working. And there was no hot water after 8pm in the bath.

Unfortunately, our stay did not quite live up to our expectations. Upon arrival, a baby cot promised in advance was missing from one of the rooms, and the air conditioning in the living area of ​​the other room was not working. The following day, we discovered that the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was also not functioning. The housekeeping was unsatisfactory as well; the room was not properly tidied or cleaned, and dirty glasses, among other things, were left behind. We also experienced a very low level of service at the pool area. There was no assistance with sunbeds or parasols; guests had to move and carry everything themselves—including parasols and loungers that were stacked in high piles. In general, we found the staff to be unhelpful. At one point, when we needed assistance from security, communication was difficult because the staff member did not understand English. However, we would like to highlight Ramiasz at the beach bar, who provided excellent, welcoming, and professional service.

Travelled here with my family. Overall it was a good stay, but be advised it is PACKED with children, mostly younger (under 5). The included breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and overall good. Parking was difficult, but free (street parking only). Beach in front of the hotel was really great! I would recommend this location if you are the type of family that likes to just stay on the hotel grounds and make use of your all inclusive things. If you have a little older kids, and like to explore other sites on the island, I would probably not recommend this hotel. Oh. And whoever the pool guys are, they need a raise :) I maintain my own pool at home and have no idea how they keep this water so CLEAN with hundreds of kids going in and out every day! Same thing with the buffet cleaning staff...they do an amazing job keeping that area tidy. So if management is reading this, give those people a bonus!

Amazing service and beautiful stay

The service was amazing! Some things could be improved: dishes and cutlery were almost always dirty and sticky, the tables and chairs weren’t always cleaned either, especially if you’re not dining at opening. We always cleaned before dining. It’s very loud in the room (windows are not sound proof) and blackout curtains leave a huge margin and let light in A LOT! But we really loved our stay, the staff, it’s super baby friendly so we would definitely come back.

The property was great for us for just a night. It was just my husband and I and then we were moving to another place. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my entire vacation there only bc we did not have any kids with us. There were a lot of kids. Property was clean and modern. Just don’t go there…

Service was eager to help and friendly but issues needed to be raised several times before anyone solved them. The noise level in their most silent prestige wing was unacceptable. It is more about distracting animations than about good accommodation. Experience was other than the friendly staff, horrible.

We’ve just returned from a 1 week stay, 2 adults 2 children (9 & 13). Reception staff were very helpful! You have the usual people reserving sun loungers and leaving them there for hours but if you speak to the pool staff they will enforce the rules and remove the items. Good choice of food and there’s always a station serving a selection of freshly cooked omelettes/meats etc. Entertainment staff were excellent and the evening shows were very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No frills excursions office was right across the street, it was incredibly easy to book a trip. Fabulous beach on your doorstep with plenty of water activities to book nearby. Thanks for the great week!
