Clean room, good AC, solid wifi, but my room did not have soap even for the shower. Shower is very small and halls smelled like fish as it was above a restaurant. Great overnight though as we had an early flight the next morning and the walking location was excellent!

Great location, walking distance from the port/bus station. Not very spacious, but well appointed and comfortable. The tiny reception area was staffed infrequently, but the host was responsive to communication, and we were allowed to leave our luggage there on our departure date for a late afternoon bus. Really enjoyed our one night stay at Villa Matejuska! The location is excellent for exploring the town and the room was so clean and modern (honestly it was so clean it looked like no one had stayed there before us! 10/10 clean!). Would recommend to anyone visiting Split!

This space is ideally located right near the old town. Parking which is always a problem is also nearby and you can get 24 hour parking for 24euro a day. Secure and convenient with in and out privileges for day trips. There is a separately operated restaurant right on the premises and the food is spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable. Clean as well. A simple walk up. There are not many amenities to speak of. The staff was nice but we had very limited interaction. A group of young people were next to us were quite loud but settled down after 11 pm. Fantastic food near by as well and a laundry. The laundry isn’t available weekends. Great place wonderful city and beautiful experience.

Very large, extremely clean and well located room at end of Riva, a short walk to cafes and laundry. Great comforter and comfortable bed. Suggested improvements include: a shelf above bathroom sink for toiletries; electrical socket in a more convenient place for phone charger. Larger hot water heater - during shower hot water ran out.

This is a great ppot to see Split. Not very far from the peirs, in the turest center. Everything is at your fingertips. Important to know about this hotel is that the loby is not always open. I was worried about that at first, but then, before we arrived in Split I recived a message asking when i would arrive? So there was a guy waiting there to check us in. After that we had a key and were able to come and go freely with out dealing with a lobby. It was perfect for us. Rooms are very nice.
