Great location. The staff, when on site, were very helpful. Our first evening, after checkin, there were some issues with the room, including lighting problems. We couldn’t find anyone on site and nobody could be reached by phone.

This place was a dream, I had a big room with a beautiful bathtub and the whole place was bliss. The staff spoke great English and were very kind. The Taiwanese breakfast was delicious. I had a massage here which was one the best I have ever had. The location is so convenient for shops, kenrokuen gardens and the the art museum. I would love to come and stay again

Seriously, just booked this right now. incredible

There are no words to describe how incredibly perfect this unique hotel experience is. From the pictures you already know it looks really nice with a unique modern look but once you get inside, there are so many surprises that prove they have really considered every little possible thing to make your room, your amenities, your service, and your experience, as perfect as they can get it. This was our favorite stay in all of Japan. We wish we would have stayed here more than two nights.
