Well before my stay I was sent a lot of information about the hotel, bus services etc.I arrived early and was given an.early check in, on my last day I only left at 22.00 and paid a very reasonable fee for the extension. My room was a double room for single usage, well appointed, comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and their customer service was absolutely impeccable. I would stay there again and can recommend this hotel.

I would say the location is great but it’s about 15 mins walking from the real center so once I took a cap and another time I we t walking with a travel backpack and I regretted I didn’t take a cap. Excellent hotel. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable (we had the family room). The hotel is well situated in the older section of town, walking distance to charming restaurants and historic sites like the cathedral. We took a taxi to and from the Alhambra, though you could probably walk there in 20 minutes to a half hour.

Great location, quiet street parallell to Granada's main street, Calle Colon. No breakfast, but you want to eat out while in town anyways. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a room for 3 for the price of 1, bit out of season. Everything you want from a hotel, if you need a reasonably priced place to stay the night or two, and be close to sights etc.
