Location of the hotel is great! Rooms are small, but when you traveling you don’t need much, do you (the showers are too small if you are bigger person maybe ask if they have a room with bigger shower, we are small so we didn’t mind it). I think so far I had the best hotel bed, I slept like a baby! The staff kept changing every time we left the room, but they were all friendly and helpful.

Very central location and good to access the train station . It was fine to check in late at night as reception is always open. Our room had very high ceilings. The decor is a little old fashioned but it added to the charm. We did breakfast one morning and buffet style with lots of sweet pastries.

Clean well run Hotel with friendly staff, near bus train and all sites. Has an elevator but stairs required for some rooms.

Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel.

Really good for me as a single traveller. Flexible late check in , lift and all good. I had a small single room at good price which was adequate for me for 1 night. Just take note the shower was very small, for me of medium build just OK but if you are larger possibly look at room details for your requirements. The staff are probably one of the best features.

The team led by Giovanni were polite, efficient, moved us to new rooms & made sure that our stay was so enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. I recommend you stay at this hotel as it is also central to all major attractions in Palmero. I have it 5 stars.

Quaint hotel.

It is a very well kept quaint hotel. You could say it's vintage. The front desk service was outstanding. The room is large enough and the bathroom was okay. I wished it had a kettle for tea or a refrigerator, but to no avail.

They have friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional staff. It’s safe, very clean, spacious and beautiful city view from my hotel room balcony. Bed was very comfortable. It’s a bus ride from and to the airport. It’s well located to public transport. Nearby plenty of historical places to visit. Walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars, cafe and shopping. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Highly recommended when visiting Palermo.

At the outset, yes, I would stay here again. On the plus side, it’s conveniently located close to the station and a short walk from much else. The staff was very nice and someone is at the desk 24x7. One the downside, the hotel’s one-time grandure is history and there’s nothing “nice” about it. If you’re OK with that, then you’ll enjoy a nice, functional stay.
