Perfect stay. Hotel looks brand new, super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Communication in English was very smooth! Price is low for this level compared to French standards. I will drive through Lviv again in a couple of weeks I’ll probably book it for the night.

10/10 for value, and honesty

Stay here if you want amazing value in a clean, modern, hotel with well equipped rooms. You're only steps away from the city center. The staff was so helpful. I pulled a huge blunder and forgot an envelope with a considerable amount of money in my room. The cleaning staff could have kept it, but the front desk staff called us to let us know about it and made arrangements to have it returned.

8/10 Very good

Comfortable, but lacking in basic features.

Generally, good. The staff were friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I was also impressed that there was an air raid plan - most hotels here don't bother. The main drawbacks were the lack of power outlets in the room (shocking, in a modern hotel, that there was nowhere for me to plug in my laptop) and the lack of climate control (window sealed, AC/heat did not respond any change in settings).

Excellent hotel just 10 minutes walk from the center of L'Viv. Amazing breakfast with various fresh cooked options every day. Really helpful staff at front desk 24 hours. Make sure to reserve parking if you need it as there are only 3 spaces. Great place and excellent value hotel.

Best Ibis hotel chain I’ve been. Room is of good size, very clean, with fresh sheets! AC working very well. I slept like a baby. Breakfast served daily was very good with variety of choices. About 15 minutes easy walk to old town.
