Very quiet place at a main street. Good food around in a walkable distance. The have a shuttle that transport you at a very short notice without hesitation, very nice person the driver, sorry forgot his name. Check in/out in a breeze. Great location for tourism or medical treatments at the Medical center. A good improvement could be a clothes hangers rod/area for longer stays.

Was not a fan of how small and high the beds were. Did like the free breakfast. On the weekend though (Sunday) it was grab and go bags. Not many options. Much more to choose from on Monday though. Liked that there were elevators available. Easy parking.

Hotel’s fine. Other, rowdy guests ruined stay.

The Hotel/Motel is fine. The rooms are clean, but the walls are thin. Everything in the room worked. Basic necessities were provided. Continental breakfast was available and staff was responsive. Our stay became unpleasant when the guests in the rooms next to us were loud, rowdy, and smoking so much it was seeping into our room at all hours of the night. Otherwise our stay would have been pleasant.

We were traveling late with a group of 7, including a baby. The man at the desk was super helpful and accommodating. Our first room had a broken door and we couldn’t get in, but the second was fine - no big deal. The property is a little dated, but it was a great value. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am and when we got there a sign said it ended at 9 am effective immediately. Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were nice and apartment style. We didn’t use anything other than the bedrooms and bathrooms, but they were nice. We’d stay there again.

Checking in was really easy, I wasn't a fan of the deposit having to be put down but it was alright. It was very to ask for help when an accident happened with my youngest and they were very understanding. I thought there was a pool so I was mildly sad there wasn't one but overall it was a good experience.

The room itself was amazing. It had 2 HUGE rooms and a nice living room/kitchen. However the fridge did not work though and I had a 1 year old who needed his milk refrigerated and couldn’t do it. The towel rack broke as my mother with a messed up leg was getting out of the shower. The shower head was stuck on so I had to give my 1 year old a bath in the kitchen sink.

Dirty Bed Sheet

Everything was fine and I looked forward to giving a good review...until i woke up the next morning to find a spot on the sheet that looked like feces!! So i had Kay take a picture of it and the manager said to tell me too bad, I slept here and she wouldn’t do anything about it. Oh by the way, the web sight wont let me add the picture...Not coming back ever!

Not so great unfortunately

Stayed two different nights about a week apart. First room had an electrical issue and blew the fuse so there was no power in the room. Called the front desk and informed it would be checked the next day. I use a cpap and was not able to that night, so very disappointing and could not sleep through the night. Second stay was during a convention so it was quite loud in the evening and next morning.

The beds and pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. They claimed to have breakfast and had the facilities for a hot breakfast but only offered a smash grab bag on a Saturday. There was no soap available, not enough towels or sheets for the pullout bed. You can feel every spring in the mattress the pillows were hard and half of the pillows were plastic and noisy to use. The toilet seat was ugly and marred. Everything needs updated. It’s all very worn. I’m livid that the price was so high and didn’t even get hot food for breakfast after a sleepless night on the worst mattress. Those mattresses and pillows need thrown away.

There are 4 lamps in the unit. One flashed on & off & the others didn’t work at all. The air was musty even with the a/c going full. The ice machines in my bldg didn’t work. Had to go to a different building to get some. Was promised access to a wheelchair. It was missing. Their breakfast scrambled eggs were tasteless & even though I was one of the first in, the biscuits were stale ∧ the gravy over salted. Reminded me of an old Motel 6. The web page picture must have been stolen from a nicer location. The neighborhood made me wish I had an alarm system on my car.

The room itself was great. We loved the location and the size of the room. The food was a whole different story. We got served moldy breakfast food and realized after already eating it. Called to report this due to getting sick and was assured someone would call me. No return phone call. Watch the food if you eat!

Needs some serious TLC

While rooms were spacious it is very dated. By that I mean everything in the suite was damaged furniture wise including the cabinets. One tv didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable for all. The floors were not clean. First thing you do is kick off your shoes and my feet were dirty right away. Sideways look at the floor showed spills and grime. There were three hand towels and one wash cloth for a two bedroom suite. The fire suppression system chirped all night. However the staff was very nice and friendly.
