Great functional hotel. The staff were especially great and allowed us to leave our bags before our half marathon then offered a shower in one of the rooms post race, free of charge. This made the whole day much easier.

Convenient location, super clean, comfy bed, small but practical room and bathroom - and an ok price

10/10 Exceptional

Super clean and sound insulated, and a comfortable bed with freshly starched linen. Just what I needed! Rooms are compact - some would say tiny - but the hotel is priced accordingly. Oh, and it couldn’t be more central, literally next to the main station

Super clean and cleverly laid out, with private bathroom - all very compact, but comfortable and practical

It is a hotel chain and thus a safe bet for a short business overnight.

Lovely beds in our Commodore room at the top floor. Quiet and clean. Perfect location, next to the station. Didnt try breakfast, but it looked a bit tired

Great service from the reception team! (I forgot to get the name of the lady who checked me in, but she was incredibly supportive.)

A NICE CLEAN COZY PLACE TO STAY OVERNIGHT, RIGHT BESIDE ODENSE RAILWAY STATION

6/10 Good

Speedy process and accommodating staff. However, the rooms standard was not satisfactory at all. I booked 2 rooms, one room was okay however the other room did show a few issues. The toilet had stains of faeces - this shows that it was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets do not appear to have a been cleaned because there was hair strands in the pillows, and I saw live bed bugs and some sort of insect moving around on the bed which put me off sleeping. I did not have a good experience. After I informed the staff, they offered me a small compensation and justified the bed bugs as dry weather conditions.

Ideally located for exploring Odense on foot. Compact room, similar to a cabin on a cross-channel ferry but well appointed and perfect for one night.

8/10 Very good

The whole concept of this hotel is that the rooms are like ship cabins, so they are very small and cramped. Our bed was against two walls in the corner of the room. While clean and fantastically convenient for train travellers, this hotel has very small rooms for people and luggage.

The room was not clean. It had been poorly cleaned, and there was even an old beer can left on a shelf. On top of that, it was very hot, and there was no air conditioning.
