6/10 Good

Nice convenient location, rooms were clean and good size. Staff not especially friendly, maybe that’s Poles in general. Bed was 2 star quality. On a couple of days, the showers were with cold water only. 3 star rating would be accurate.

Property was in a great location in old town, was a little difficult to find at first but once found it was so convenient as per its location and tons of great restaurants and bars and sites to see close by.

The hotel was nice. Good to note that there is a church next to it and at least during easter they rang the church bells during the night and they sang choral songs at midnight.

Staff helpful. Room pleasant with great view over the main Old Town square, including Castle. Perfect location really. Next door to Castle, edge of the Old Town streets, next to meeting place for walking tours. Nearby cafes and restaurants. 100 metres from bus stop for the airport

Loved my stay at the Castle Inn. It’s in a great location walkable to Old Town shops and restaurants, yet very quiet for being in the heart of a popular tourist area. Easy access to public transit. Staff were very friendly and helpful and you could tell had a passion for what they do - great hospitality!
