Overall we quite liked the apartment. It was clean and spacious, and was within 5 minutes walk of a metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. The apartment is in an older building, which was nice but not what we were expecting - the description of the the property and the photos suggest we were in a modern building with a pool that was attached to a metro station, which we were not. Had we not had those photos and descriptions, and the fact that the guide in the apartment was for the other property and so the travel times and distances were way off, I think we would have been happier and given it an overall 5 rating.

Wrong address and different view out the window

Finding the accommodation was time-consuming due to discrepancies between the actual address and the one provided on the booking platform. Despite satisfactory cleanliness, there's a noticeable sewage odor. Although parking is advertised, accessing the paid parking lot requires a 3-4minute walk. Moreover, the view outside the window differs significantly from the one portrayed in the hotel's promotional photos.

Leider sind wir doch sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft gewesen . Nicht nur , dass uns das Apartment bzw. Der Ausblick auf den Innenhof sehr abgeschreckt hat, war das Personal zum einchecken eher unhöflich und genervt . Diese Unterkunft würden wir definitiv kein zweites Mal wählen .

Wien ist immer eine Reise wert…

Durch die Anreise am Wochenende gab es auf dem nahegelegenen Parkplatz genügend freie Plätze. 6€ für ein 24h Ticket ist unschlagbar günstig. Der CheckIn verlief ohne Schwierigkeiten. Ebenso war die Kommunikation vor Anreise perfekt! Die Lage des Apartments ist absolut in Ordnung. Bus und Bahn sind in 1-2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Zustand der Wohnung. Es fehlte nichts an Annehmlichkeiten; die Sauberkeit fehlte! Reste von Käse im Backofen, Krümel im Kühlschrank, schmutziger Fußboden bzw. Teppich oder ein schmutziger Spiegelschrank im Bad schmälerten den ersten Eindruck enorm. Über schwarze Silikonfugen brauche ich wohl nichts zu schreiben. Schade! Wir haben die Schlösser und Museen der Stadt trotzdem genossen. Danke Wien!

Schlechte Kommunikation.

Eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche würde ich das nicht nennen. Eher nur das Nötigste. Die Kommunikation war schrecklich. Es gab nicht mal ein richtiges Büro, wo man zu Bürozeiten persönlich Dinge klären konnte. Alles andere war wirklich sehr schön.

Points positifs: - L'appartement est bien meublé et équipé d'appareils modernes. -Il y a deux supermarchés à proximité. -La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin -Le lit et très confortable. - Les arrêts de métro et de bus sont à 5 minutes à pied. -Le quartier est calme et agréable. Points negative: -Les serviettes de toilette et de bain ont été changées le quatrième jour sur notre demande - L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, mais il n'y a pas de rideau ou de store à la fenêtre du couloir.
