Nice, practical property, plenty of parking and wel-maintained rooms. Minor issue with inadequate toiletries and towels, and could do with alittle more table space (tea facilities occupy same space as desk top, if you need to work. But the location is outside but walkable to town centre and quiet and peaceful at night.

Great choice to stay in Stepantsminda. The hotel is walking distance to the main town if you want to eat there. Yet, food at the hotel is spectacular!! I had both breakfast and dinner, and they were both amazing. Staff is super friendly; they made my stay very enjoyable. Lastly, the view!! It is really, really nice.

If you can, get the room with the full view (corner one), so you get an amazing view that you will rave about for the rest your life! For coffee people like me, the breakfast coffee I had is one of the best in Georgia

Me and my mother stayed there for 1 night and the views was amazing. I believe it’s one of the best views in all of Stepantsminda. The staff was super helpful and nice. The hotel and rooms might have some areas for improvement, but it was super charming. I would definetly recommend friends and family to stay there.

The property has a great view of the mountains. The staff are also very attentive of our needs, however the food choices in the hotel bar are limited so you may want to go to restaurants about 10-15 walk downhill.

Der er plads til forbedringer

Ikke et dårligt hotel, men i forhold til prisen, levede det ikke op til forventningerne. Havde bestilt et ekstra godt værelse, men det var meget slidt og mange defekter, fx køleskab virker ikke, ingen sengelampe, karme på badeværelse var fugtskader, stol på altan defekt, kaffemaskine men uden kaffekapsler, ikke så god betjening. Morgen var dog rigtig fin.
