We enjoyed our stay. Front desk clerk, George was top notch and so kind. We looked forward to seeing him each day. Pool could have been clearer. Also pool bar isn’t much. Canned beer, chips, and pretzels. No food and nothing fancy.

Our saving grace

After a horrific experience at The Commander in which we only stayed a night, we quickly left and headed to the Monte Carlo. The room was spacious, smelled great, clean and comfortable. This hotel was definitely the saving grace for our family vacation.

Clean room, comfortable bed when I needed something housekeeping came right away. Only negative is the parking. Parking spaces were very small and could barely fit my SUV ! Terrible experience. Place wasn’t clean. They ran out of towels and it took a day to get any. Service was extremely slow. Beds were very uncomfortable. Blankets felt like sand paper. They didn’t have comforters. Staff consistently lied about why they didn’t have any towels and how long it would take to get some. Would not recommend this place.

The staff was very pleasant. However, the bed looked like it hadn't been changed, the room smelled like mold, the tub was disgusting, and the hold tub had black rings around it. Also, the parking was horrible and the rates were way too expensive for what we got. By the way the pool only goes to 3 feet and the bar had no liquor. There is 1 elevator with 6 floors.
