Nice Hotel

Just needed a place to crash a couple of hours. Looked newly remodeled, very clean and accommodating. Only negativeness is to ease up on the Clorox. Being very sensitive to smells it was a little overwhelming. Other than that I recommend hotel. Also great price!

There is always a staff 24/7 which is nice and provide free bottled water. It may be slightly hard to hear the staff at night through the safety window, but they are patient and answer all the questions you may have.

It was surprisingly a good place. Stand up shower with shower gel and shampoo and conditioner included. Nice room with huge television. Tooth brushes and mouth wash were included as well. 24 hour front desk service with unlimited snacks. If you have any late night cravings it’s down the street from Whataburger and a few gas stations as well

Room was wonderful. Comfortable bed, spacious, desk and chair, table with 2 chairs, ample and clean drawers and "counter" space for travel bags, clean refrigerator and microwave. Shower is modern and well designed with safety bars and racks for towels and washcloths. Staff is very friendly and helpful. ** Be aware that the property is VERY close to an international airport and busy interstate highway. Very noisy. * "Breakfast" was a choice of 3 cookie/bar items, slushy drinks, instant oatmeal packets (make in your room?) and coffee.

Refused to refund (not our fault!)

We came to rhe hotel on July 8th, 2024. They didn't have power and refused to check us in. A week and a half later, I am still fighting to get refunded. It is not my fault that you didn't have power. I do not want to be charged for a room that we did not use. I have my son with me and we had to stay in the airport for 14 hours!!!!

Me And My Baby Sister Were Visiting From Chicago… My Electrical Sockets Were Not Working So They Moved Us To A Different Room & The Room Lights Were Flickering, Cracks In The Bathroom Wall & The Bathroom Door Was Broken.. Plus The Sockets Were Not Working In The Second Room As Well. So They Moved Us Back To The First Room We Were In. And I Saw Roaches. I HAVE VIDEOS INSTEAD OF PICTURES !! I Would Not Recommend

I would never stay here again and honestly wish I could get my money back from how uncomfortable I was for the duration of my stay. 1. When checking in the lady asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room I said non smoking she said are you sure because you cannot smoke in the rooms I said yes please a non smoking room she then proceeded to ask me 3 more times if I was sure and that I couldn’t smoke in the rooms mind you I do not smoke, did not smell like smoke, nor did I ever inquire about if I could smoke. Reiterating to me over 4 times that I cannot smoke and asking if I was sure if I wanted a non smoking room was weird and I felt profiled considering there was no reason for her to feel like I would smoke in the rooms. 2. I checked the bedding there were yellow stains on the bed after I lifted off the blanked they place on top of the sheets. I immediately called the front desk and asked if they could come change them because they were dirty. The man at the front desk questioned what time I checked in and why I’m just now calling. I told him I’m just now settling into the room after being out all day and actually pulling the sheets off the bed and noticed he then tried to insinuate that I was to blame for the dirty sheets and didn’t want to blame house keeping? - a day later the same yellow stained sheets are on the bed. Towels had hair untwined in fabric, towels had stains. Terrible stay could go on but not enough characters to type it all. Do not recommend
