The property needs a really good management team to ensure its ran properly, ive stayed here 4 times now, its gone dirty and scuffy ,the day time receptionist, was asleep on one of the couches half the day ,so he wasn't running the staff ,the rooms want properly maintaining, speaking to other guests, they had the same opinion

Very friendly staff in reception and they speak good English, the rooms are clean and there is a lovely pool outside, enjoyed swimming, unfortunately I was late for breakfast so I can’t comment on the food, but the staff are brilliant

The property was closed to the sea and short drive to the nearest shopping mall. Enough space for a family of 4 and close to taxi. Also close to restaurants and small shops. Hotel is dated and facilities are old, showers doors are broken and chairs and carpet in rooms are stained. TV's don't work and there is no digital stations. The AC works and swiming pool is cleaned. Breakfast is limited, especially for kids where there is only milk to drink so we take our own drinks for kids. There could be more variety of cereal or breakfast options. I would say this hotel is more like a 2.5 star rated , although in a nice location, its not a hotel I would book again or recommend for families who have young kids.

Insgesamt befindet sich das Hotel trotz seiner kurzen Lebensdauer in einem schlechten, ungepflegten und lieblosen Zustand – was sich auch im Service des Personals widerspiegelt. Beispiele: Keine Reaktionen auf Nachrichten die vor Anreise an das Hotel gesandt wurden, telefonisch war der Kontakt sehr unfreundlich und wenig kooperativ Im Hotel, war unser Badezimmer mit einer Dusche ohne Duschtür ausgestattet, was regelmäßig zu Überschwemmungen führte. Zusätzlich war der Duschschlauch bereits nach zwei Aufenthaltstagen defekt, sodass Wasser aus allen Ritzen austrat. Trotz mehrerer Reparaturversuche gelang es dem Personal bis zu unserer Abreise nicht, eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden. Usw.

Fiyat performans açısından bakınca idare eder diyebiliriz ancak misafir konforu hiç önemsenmiyor. Konakladığım gecelerden birinde yaklaşık bir buçuk saat kadar yan odadaki yabancı kızların kavgasını dinledik. Resepsiyona kaç kere haber verdim ve tek yaptıkları kızların kapısını çalıp etraftakiler rahatsız oluyor demek oldu. Kesinlikle bir müdahale yapılmadı. Havuzda bağıra bağıra konuşan bir başka misafirde gün boyu sakin bir tatile imkan vermedi. Otelde genç çalışanlara yer vermek çok güzel ama butik bile olsa bir otelde deneyimli birileri bulunmalı ki her durumda ne yapacağını bilsin. Şezlonglar ve havuz etrafı iki günde bir belki temizlendi. Klor bidonları ortada. Çok bakımsız.

Très déçue par cet hôtel – je demande un remboursement partiel ou total Je me suis fiée aux avis et aux photos avant de réserver, mais la réalité est tout autre. Cet hôtel ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui est présenté en ligne. À notre arrivée, nos chambres n’était toujours pas prête (14h) après avoir insisté on nous en a préparé une dans l’urgence mais nous avons eu la 2 eme chambre vers 15h30. La chambre est vieillotte, pas entretenu la rembarre de la porte fenêtre cassé dès qu’on prend la douche la salle de bain est inondé malgré que l’on ferme la porte de la cabine de douche, la climatisation d’une des 2 chambres est tombée en panne pendant 24 heures, nous avons passé une nuit affreuse et le petit-déjeuner est une véritable blague : quand on descend à 9h, il ne reste presque plus rien et aucun réassort n’est fait. e l’orsqu’on demande on a l’impression de faire chi.. L’hôtel est mal entretenu, voire délaissé : murs abîmés, équipements vétustes, et une impression générale de laisser-aller. À l’accueil, un jeune homme tatoué, très passif, voire inexistant. Heureusement que les femmes de ménage et la dame qui s’occupe des repas sont professionnelles et agréables — ce sont les seules personnes qui relèvent un peu le niveau. Nous avons dépensé plus de 450 € pour trois nuits, et franchement, c’est lamentable. Les avis en ligne sont totalement faussés. Je demande un remboursement partiel, voire total, car le service ne correspond en rien à ce qui a été vendu.

Nous avons pris cette hôtel la première semaine de notre séjour car il était pas cher car on savait qu’on allait pas rester bcp à l intérieur que ça serait juste pour dormir car on a prévu toutes les excursions au début du séjour Bref passons les détails c est une catastrophe ils ne sont pas accueillant du tout l hôtel est hyper sale il y a des infiltrations sur les plafonds la salle de bain ect La femme de ménage fait juste le lit elle ne passe même pas la pièce Le petit déjeuné n est vraiment pas top du tout La piscine n est pas belle rien à voir avec les photos ! Ils m’ont mis ma chambre collée à l ascenseur tous les jours à 4h du matin c était le carnage un bruit de malade Bref je ne recommande pas

Where do I even begin?? This is the most falsely advertised hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures look amazing but in real life, the rooms are far less glamorous. We stayed in family connecting room 207/209. We had a missing shower door in one bathroom, mould in the shower basins, grout falling off the shower tiles, dried yellow stains on the toilet seat, stained towels, no laundry service available, and the most inconvenient bathroom layout. Some positives…the room itself was comfortable with good air conditioning, breakfast and pool was adequate, there is complimentary water, daily housekeeping, staff were friendly and the location was convenient. It wasn’t value for money.

Det är ganska dåligt och dyrt det fanns ingen strand som är nära eller ingår transfer till den har frukost buffén som är begränsad och liten två eller tre olika sorters som pommes salami och ibland ägg och sallader. Simbassängen var ok och mycket högljudd på kvällen för att det finns en restaurang och bar bredvid hotellet som är öppen till 12.30 på kvällen med dålig isolerad rum finns ingen vatten kokare och ni ska räkna hur mycket ni har beställt när ni vill lägga det på rummet när ni ska betala senare för att det kan dyka upp saker som ni inte har tagit eller beställt samma sak när ni ska gå till någon restaurang så räkna vad du har beställt. Trevlig resa 😊
