The staff are great and the rooms clean A bit dated. Bathrooms need some proper maintenance such as tile a caulking replacement. Some outlets are worn out and not working properly.

The room was very clean. The toilet was very low so hard to get up from. The bed and pillows were a little hard. The breakfast buffet was great

Hampton inn is always my pick when in Saint John. The rooms are always spotless, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love love love the peleton in the awesome, well equipped gym. The location is amazing as well, super close to everything yet quiet. Highly recommend!

Nice room, powerful AC, comfy bed. Water slide is insane. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has all the classics and you can grab water, slush or coffee at anytime. The chairs in the dining / living room could be more comfortable ;v;

8/10 Very good

The room was clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great (able to make fresh waffles & pancakes with a selection of hot items). Grocery store and a few food options within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool needed a proper cleaning (the tiles at the top of the pool were dirty and people had inscribed little messages into the dirt).

Room was well cleaned. The breakfast is good. However, the only complaint would be the Wi-Fi is too slow. I could not work much on the laptop.
