A peaceful oasis between old industry and farmland

Our hostess greeted us warmly, and we felt immediately at home! The room was very nice with two comfortable chairs (very rare these days!!). The bathroom was spacious and as clean as a whistle! The beds and pillows were great - we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great!! We definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice and warm place

Room was very hot when I arrived but luckily it was March so I could open the window. Personnel was very nice throughout the stay. Place is beautiful and I guess it is at its best during summer. They did not have kitchen during my stay, possibly due to only few guests. However they still arranged some food for me, but it was possibly frozen and re-heated portion. Food wasn't that great to be honest.

Nydelig rom, stort og praktisk innredning. Middagen var litt skuffende, begynt bra med forrett, men torsken var kald, så den sendte jeg i retur. Fikk dog ny og varm mat, men da måtte jeg spise alene. Maten var god, men kokken hadde slumset med saltet. Servitøren var hyggelig og serviceorientert. Fikk rommet litt over 1500. Men det hadde vel naturlig forklaring. Stedet ligger vakkert til, og hadde det vært sol ville jeg nok benyttet meg av min medbrakte sykkel.

Jag har tidigare bott hos er några gånger men alltid under vinterhalvåret. Den här gången var hotellet uppenbarligen fullbelagt, vilket inverkade menligt på serveringen i restauranten. Efter 40 minuter hade jag fått mig till livs en liten whisky och en liten förrätt! Jag förmodar att ni var korta på kapacitet i köket. Den senarelagda frukosten passar illa in om man, som jag, är på tjänsteresa. Noterat är också att det var många som satt och väntade i receptionen på 07.30-slaget. "Gammalt folk stiger ofta upp tidigt". Frukosten som sådan var som vanligt fantastisk. Mitt rum denna gång låg i ett annex. Bra säng som vanligt men ett pyttelitet handfat förorsakade en del plaskande. Jag kommer säkerligen tillbaka men inte under sommartid. Vänligen Christer Addolfsson
