This is a cracking hotel. I stayed here some 10 years ago and returned this week. The premises are immaculate, staff are so helpful and I had a huge room with sea view. It is a short walk to the bars and restaurants. I can recommend the Hop Shoppe for ale afficionados - it is superb. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Free parking was also a boon as I'm travelling on business. I hope it's not another 10 years before I return as this is a top notch place.

6/10 Good

The room is adequate, dated but clean. The bed was comfortable with good quality sheets. Bathroom again adequate-no bath. Towels good quality. Breakfast included in tariff-continental style and again acceptable. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Parking is free but a limited number of spaces. Overall offers reasonable value.

A lovely hotel within easy reach of The Square and the promenade. Staff were friendly and helpful during our short stay. I like a cooked breakfast but the Continental breakfast on offer was substantial with a wide choice on offer. I would be very happy to stay in this hotel on my next visit.
