Very pleasant stay, great breakfasts.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Breakfasts were fabulous, as was the evening meal that we ate there. All staff were friendly and attentive. Disappointed that our room did not look over the square. Also Disappointed to be told that it was not possible to reserve an outside table for dinner, then to arrive and see that the tanle next to us had a reserved sign.

Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boneroski Palace for a long weekend/city break. Its a charming little place with a quaint regal feel about it. Small enough to be personable and not like a chain hotel. The rooms are wonderfully large, beautifully decorated and so very quiet. The hotel staff are warm, friendly and helpful. From arranging tours to recommending local restaurants. The location is the best, you literally walk outside onto the square and so perfectly situated for walking around the main tourist attractions.

I was having a skim through Expedia at some new places to visit. I don’t know why, but Krakow popped up so I had a browse at some of the hotels available and saw this one. Well, when I saw the rooms. I knew that not only was I going to Krakow, but the hotel I was staying at was non negotiable too! The rooms looked so impressive online and decided I would treat myself to their most superior suite as it was very reasonably priced. I have so much to say about this place. It’s called a palace and as far as I’m concerned, it is! It’s the type of place I could see royalty actually living. The amount of space we had was unbelievable. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the square. It was a remarkable room! Everything about our stay was brilliant. Staff were so attentive. They answered the phone within one ring and sprung into action whether it be delivering room service or collecting our plates etc. They were great. When we arrived we were taken to our room and given a very warm welcome. That only happens when you stay somewhere really nice! We were given complimentary water, coffee etc. The amenities in the room were great too. Our room even had a piano! I’m a bit rusty, but I treated the square to the first verse of ‘silent night’. Ok it’s July… but it’s the only song I can play on the piano! The bathroom was brilliant, water pressure excellent. Bath was super deep! The furnishings were such good quality. Real solid oak products. Everything was spotless.

Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it.

A great hotel in a great location, right on the main square. Walking distance to all main sights, restaurants etc. Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were very helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was a little limited for a hotel pitching at this level but the ala carte menu and staff flexibility to make changes was good.

Liked the hotel a lot but the room was quirky We had the top floor apt as it had a desired king bed. Unfortunately that meant only 1 tiny window and much of the 1000 ft2 was below 6 ft head height The kitchen is beautiful but other than the fridge it is in operable. But the location is perfect and the staff super helpful. Id go for 2nd floor rooms next time

Over 30 years in 15 countries, I have never stayed at a luxury hotel for the same price as a tiny room anywhere. The 700- yr. old building is directly on Cloth Hall Square. The room had a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 wing chairs, dresser with 6 drawers and mini fridge, chifforobe, full length mirror, desk, chair and many outlets. The bathroom had a large shower with great water pressure and hot water. Extra-large towels, terry robes and slippers. The room was decorated with elegant draperies, matching bedding and wallpaper. Wonderful air conditioning. Free bottled Perrier in room daily. The hotel has 16 rooms, so they cater to their guests with sincerity and graciousness. The front desk staff were always nice and helpful, our thanks especially to Brygetta, Miro and Natalie. We were upgraded to the morning breakfast. The hotel has its own restaurant, the Amalia, we had several wonderful dinners there. Breakfast was served in a large room, or outside under the umbrella tables directly on the Square. The buffet was generous with juices, breads, pretzels, croissants, butter, jams, whole fruits, yogurt with granola and berries, Crème Brule with berries, meat, cheeses, cereals, pastries Or, you could order a hot breakfast from their menu. That meal was large enough for 2 people and it was delicious. The wait staff were always friendly. We received our bottle of Prosecco as an Expedia member. It was a true time capsule of Krakow. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
