We arrived early and needed to be out and about, so staff very kindly allowed us to put our luggage in a safe please, check in online and emailed when the room was ready. We found the room to be spotlessly clean, with tea, coffee, water, biscuits available. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Came to check out and staff booked us a taxi. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommended

We stayed at the Maldron Hotel, Parnell Square, Dublin for 2 nights .It was in a perfect location. Only a short walk to all the attractions. The bus stops + LUAS stops were just around the corner. The bedrooms were spacious + clean. The staff were very friendly + happy to answer any questions we had. I attempted to book the breakfast on line for the 2 mornings as there was a discount but was unable to do it so I emailed the Hotel + it was sorted out immediately with discount applied. Could not fault the breakfast , It was Yummy ! Will definitely stay there again x

Cons: stayed for an event, arrived early room ready but charged €20 for early check-in, bar poorly staffed only one barman with limited knowledge of the products and badly managed service with people queue jumping - average time to get served over 30mins with only 2 people ahead of me each ordered 3 drinks, room not listed for breakfast even though it was booked, taken to a table that hadn't been set, buffet adequate but have had much better elsewhere.

Air conditioning did not go higher than 18 so room was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a good option and the room size worked well for our larger family. The area is not the most safe to travel around with kids at night. Was at least close to a Do Dublin hop on and hop off bus so would recommend taking that across the river to do most activities.
