Very nice place to stay, nice view over the city and the sea. A little far from the city if you don't have a car but they offer shuttle. Nice pool and SPA, The restaurannt food is very good and not too expensive. The breakfast is good and diversify.

Pool area is closed in October when I visited. You have to be aware that you must book the airport shuttle at least 24 hours in advance and pay in cash. The shuttle is actually a taxi. room was lovely, big , clean. I was in room 309. I am a single female traveller and I felt safe in the hotel room & restaurant. I was thrilled to see that tea was available at breakfast. The hotel is far from Palermo so if you are staying here, you need a car or check the taxi prices from the hotel to various destinations.

The breakfast was ok but same thing everyday and limited the location is out of the city and will need an uber to get around. Limited transportation. Can’t walk on the streets. Pool was closed due to it being out of season but the weather was still quite good for it to be used. Hardly any tourist activity to select from a port from two places, where there’s lots to see and do. Map was not clear that they gave me, so didn’t really find much.

The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views.

Hotel was lovely the staff were very helpful and house keeping did a great job looking after our room. We also struggled with the air conditioning which will be a problem in the height is summer also pool wasn’t open The down side was the location it proved very costly to get taxis. There was a shuttle that was brilliant but left the city at 5.30 pm so if you were out later the taxi was 40+€

A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!

Lovely view of Palermo and the coast. Very nice hotel. Bit of a challenge getting to it, but the views made up for the drive! Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Nice hot breakfast.
