I was disappointed to find out the parking structure next door had a non functioning elevator had to use the stairs schlepping my luggage with me . The staff were very friendly. As were the bar tendresses .For being 4 star Boutique hotel its a little tired. The hotel was no frills, inexpensive, and 10 minute walking distance to the LA Convention center. The hotel lobby and room had a rather stale smell and the hallways and elevator had no AC so it was really humid while we were there this summer. The parking lot next door was a bit sketchy and the elevator didn’t work. They charged an extra $25 a day for amenities, including free water bottles so at least we made sure to get water bottles. Every chance we got the breakfast in the morning was very simple: dry cereal, bagels, yogurt, and milk, coffee. It fulfilled its purpose for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and kind.

We enjoyed our stay at the O Hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There is a parking garage right next door to the hotel, which made parking easy and worry-free for us. The metro is a short walk from the hotel, which made getting around easy. There are a number of restaurants also within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable, too. There was a nice variety of foods for breakfast. This hotel was perfect for our needs, and we would definitely stay at the O Hotel again.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows both very comfortable. Bathroom was updated and functioning perfectly. The AC worked great. There was even cold water in the fridge which was much needed. There is parking right next to the hotel and tons of places to eat that is walking distance. The staff were all very nice as well. Would definitely stay again

Will stay again! Comfortable room, convenient location. Staff all very helpful. Continental breakfast exceeded expectations. They had hard boiled eggs in addition to oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and toast with cold cuts and cheese. Room was clean and the bottled water all ready in the fridge was a nice touch. Thanks for a great stay.
