We’ve stayed at Spicers Guesthouse several times, and it has become a favourite for accommodation in Pokolbin. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. Room was great. Service felt like it had dropped a bit, no pool bar service, breakfast isn’t what it used to be an a general feel that wasn’t at the level we have experienced here previously. Air con was set so cold in the restaurant we were sat in the lounge after dinner with blankets on! Just dragged the the whole meal experience down which was one of the main reasons we come back. Reconsidering this now.
