Great Place during COVID-19! 👍👍👍👍👍

Best place to relax on, even though the country where on lockdown due to Covid-19. Staying at this hotel made it really amazing for us. Great service, reception, and definitely a place to live in next time we go to Alanya again! 👍👍👍👍👍

I was surprised to find "all inclusive" did not include pool towels. Instead they want you to buy their 600TL logo beach towel. Had I known, we could have easily brought towels with us, instead of purchasing 2 towels we will probably never use again.

The room was fine but there was very little water and no pen or paper to write with. I was not informed that the breakfast buffet was limited on what i can drink.

Christmas

Pros: hotel is in an amazing location. Room was nice and food in the restaurant was always hot n varied. Staff was nice. Cons: hotel for Christmas had a lot of older cliental that time of year and some was very rude dictating what we could and cannot do. Down to even being told to stop laughing. We ended up going outside the hotel so we could relax.

Personel ilgiliydi. Fakat otelde plaj servisi ücretlidir derken plajda herşey ücretli bunun açıkça belirtilmesi gerekirdi. Şezlog,şemsiye ve plaj barda herşey ücretli
Verified review

6/10 Good

6/10 Good

Otel genel anlamıyla idare ederdi. Yemekler fena değildi. Temizlik gayet güzeldi. Resepsiyondakilerin suratsızlığı sanki orada zorla duruyormuşuz gibi izlenim verdi. Türklere karşı farklı bi tutum hissediyorsunuz. Yabancılara daha farklı ilgi muamele var.

bayram üzeri geldiğimiz için park sıkıntısı yaşadık başlangıçta ona rağmen bize yardımcı olup bi kaç saate yer buldular onun dışında odaların temizliği vs. gayet iyiydi konumu zaten alanyanın merkezinde olduğu için heryere yakın sabah kahvaltıdakı açık büfe idere eder düzeydeydi yanlız 150tl ye satılan portalkal suyu biraz garipsedim tabi opsiyonel olduğu için bu bir eksi sayılmaz
