The location could not be better. It was a scenic 13 minute walk along the waterfront to the ferry dock and Old Town. The carpets/paint look a little tired but our two level room was VERY clean. The location is the best part of this hotel: only a ten minute walk around the bay with the most breathtaking views of Korcula Old Town. And you really don’t need to spend extra on a balcony with a sea view unless you’re someone who spends a lot of time in your hotel room because you get the views from the communal spaces. Having said that, our room was quite dingy and dated with quite an old, thick carpet on the floor that I didn’t want to walk on bare-footed, so it’s a good job we don’t spend much time in hotel rooms! The bed was comfortable and it was superficially clean but daily cleaning wasn’t very thorough - a dirty cup was left for the three days we were there. Breakfast was good and they very kindly allowed us to order room service in the bar. When I didn’t like a cocktail I’d ordered, they didn’t take it off the bill, which surprised me considering it’s a four star hotel. I’d book again, purely for the location.

Functional hotel geared towards large groups, has all basics but lacks anything special. It’s well located with nice views and a short walk to town. It has lots of posters for various trips, an ATM right in the reception, piles of luggage, basic decor all of which detracts from the experience. A little bit of touching up will help a lot.

We had a balcony room with an ocean view. The view was really amazing. The room was fine - as was the bathroom. They were very clean. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the old town. The location is great with a view across the bay to the old town which is about 10 mins walk away. The pool is smallish and circular and doesn’t have a view but there are places to swim in the sea with great views right by the hotel. The staff are excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. We booked a standard room and the details said it had a park view. In fact it had a view of the service road and maintenance building. The room itself was quiet and fairly compact but it was very contemporary and comfortable and had very good amenities including a kettle which was a bonus.

The room was modern and clean, and breakfast was of a really good quality. The staff were very cheery, but we could have done with some more up front information about pool towels and tennis court costs. The salt water pool was refreshing and patio furniture was to a very good standard, it’s just a shame that the pool was dirty. Sand on the bottom, algae around the side and floating in the water, and mould on the surrounding tiles - made the pool an eyesore in an otherwise well-maintained hotel. Otherwise, we had a great time during our stay and the view was top notch :)

The property is probably the best location for enjoying the old town area. It looks directly at the old town and marina. The rooms do not have windows conducive to looking at the view from within but does have a nice little deck for each room weather permitting. Good value for the price.
