We had a fine stay in Gattopardo. The room was spacious, clean, with a nice bathroom. The style of it is pretty, old and niche. The location is great, in Prati neighbourhood and close to the Vatican, also lots of nice restaurants around. A few inconveniences though were the check-in and out communication, our key set, maybe some amenities missing and it could have been a bit more deeply clean. But it was overall a nice experience and we enjoyed it.

There was no bar or babysitting or free shuttle or air conditioning. There is no elevator to this floor. Big spiral staircase kinda hard with suitcases. We loved the location and it was clean. Noisey if you have children from the street.

Stay was right next to the metro, which was great for getting our luggage to and from. Location was central to many shops and eateries. Only a short walk to the Vatican and surrounding sights. Nothing new that staff is not there all day, but when I arrived they were right behind me to give me keys and pay tourist tax. Friendly staff and clean room. Perfect for the night.

Apt/hotel within walking distance to Vatican and metro as well as Pantheon,Trevi fountain etc. Must walk up 3 short flights of stairs to room. Room large and clean. Floor a bit squeaky and bed on harder side but was fine for me. Not usually anyone there but you receive all instructions when you check in.

Great location, clean room, polite hostess, the only thing I didn’t like was that you cannot control the temperature of the room, the heating system is for the whole apartment not individually controlled, so my room was very hot, had to open the window, which faced a busy street. I stayed here in December.

Friendly & helpful staff (they seem to only be around in the morning hours though). Just a few steps away from the metro station. Room is spacious for the location. They don’t really replenish the toilet paper or replace the towels for continuous stay though. This has made things a bit tricky for us as the shower always leaks into the toilet area which doesn’t have a drainage hole to let the water out (a common design in Italian bathrooms)

The hotel is quite cute, but there are some things can could be improved in terms of service and communication. Hotel staff was hard to reach, unfortunately. One day we end up having no towels, and we had to dry out after the shower. Location in terms of transport is great, just a minute away from subway, Vatican is also just around the corner. If you are in Rome for a day or two, you can definitely stay here, just make sure to ask all the questions and to communicate everything to the staff when checking in.

Read the property description. This is not a hotel, but a converted apartment into 6 separate room. So there is not really a front desk. There is no elevator. The rooms are on a 3rd floor. The rooms are dated, I booked 2 out of the 6, and the TVs in the rooms were tiny. Would not recommend.

Terrible property, all pics they posted on line are photoshopped. Dirty, smelly, spider nets are in the room, furniture is 100 years old, mold is in the bathroom. AC didn’t work for 2 days out of 3….. No elevator, you have to get up tons of stairs to get up. Do not waste any money on this one!

何から書いたらよいのか…チェックインについて説明するからこの電話番号にコンタクトくれと、エクスペディアアプリ内のチャットで案内があり、今はまだイタリア国外にいるので電話連絡できないことと、ホテル到着予定時刻を返信するも、その後数回チェックインに関する同じ案内が来る。チャットで説明してくれればいいのになぜか電話連くれ、と。 イタリア到着後にホテルに電話をかけるが、今の時間は清掃員しかおらず英語わからないと言われ応対してもらえず。チェックイン開始時間まで空港に留まり、何度か電話をかけ直したがその都度ノーイングリッシュと言われる。仕方なくチェックイン手順不明のままホテルへ向かう。 建物入り口の呼び鈴を押し解錠され、建物内には入れたが、そこから長い階段を上りホテルの入り口に到着するも施錠されており中に入れず。ドア横に掲示されている電話番号に電話して15分ほど待たされスタッフがやっと来てホテル内に入れた。 何かあればWhatsAppで連絡くれ、アプリを登録しろといわれ仕方なく登録する。英語対応のスタッフは午前中しかいないと言われる。部屋はすべてが古く清潔感なし。ティッシュすらない。湯沸かしポットももちろんない。既にホテルスタッフは帰ってしまったのでWhatsAppでお茶を飲みたい のでお湯が欲しいと送信するも回答なし。 帰りの空港までのタクシーを予約したいと送信するも数日回答なし。無視するのか？と送信して初めて回答あり。 夜間の道路工事、早朝の上階からの足音などの騒音で全く熟睡できず。 結果として携帯電話通話料20000円。完全にホテル選びを間違えた。チェックイン、スタッフ対応、施設、全てダメ。このプレビューを書いていてまた怒りがこみ上げてきた。

A localização é perfeita a 2 quadras do Vaticano., com padaria e restaurantes O problema é que embora cheguei na hora do check-in não tinha ninguém para abrir a porta, esperamos 1 hora e o telefone não funcionava. Recomendo entrar em contato com antecedência e pedir todas as instruções e código da porta eletrônica

立地最高です！バチカン市国の入り口近く、レストランに囲まれて地下鉄駅の横！清潔な部屋、ベッドやシーツも清潔！浴室がとてもきれいでした！
2階への階段は美しい大理石。
ホテルの前にはジェラート屋が。シャワーを浴びたら、すぐ直行して好きなジェラートを持って木陰で楽しめます!
