The hotel was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly. Beach was quiet and wonderful, the sea was so clean and clear. It was one of our best stays, we didn’t want to leave the beach and travel different places even if we have planned to. Highly recommended, we will come back with more friends!

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Marina made us feel very welcome – she was so sweet, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Stayed at one of the beach rooms at the village part for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! very clean and comfortable room&bed. hotel is amazing even to just walk around. Only really used the hotel for getting ready and to sleep, so can’t really comment too much. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and it has a nice pool area with big comfy sunbeds. We were only there for 3 days, so spent most of our time sightseeing.

Great beachside resort however it was like staying in faulty towers. Staff had no formal training or much service sense so things that should have taken a few minutes took 30mins+ (like splitting a bill or ordering multiple drinks) By the end our group was just sitting, watching and laughing. If they got in a professional team to train their staff the resort has real potential - I know we would have spent thousands of euros more if the service was that of most 4/5 star resorts.

Our AC didn’t work in our original room, and there was a band playing music right below our window until 11pm. After one night of not being able to sleep, they moved us to a new room in the villas. The AC didn’t work there either but at least it was quiet. Working with management staff was difficult though we got the job done in the end. Overall, would not characterize it as a pleasant stay.

The price for a standard room (€200 /night) was much much too high. The main entry door did not open smoothly. For a 5 star ressort the size of standard room is too small. In the room there is a small window that can not be blind out so in the morning at sunrise there will be light in room. In the room are 2 small colums as bedside tables but you can not put anything on it because the top is not flat and thus everything is falling down. Also a place to put your suitcase on is not available, probably because of the very very small size of the room. User manual for airco is not available. At the TV not every country has the same amount of channels. For the Netherlands there is only 1 channel available.
