Clean room, big comfy bed. Nice, new bathroom. Only one pillow. Staff were nice and storing luggage at reception for the day was easy. Great value.

8/10 Very good

Hotel is great, it's clean, comfy and good location. This time we had an issue with 1 staff on the front desk that was quite annoying. It was sorted out by the manager, they apologized and fixed everything for us, but it was a very unpleasant situation.

As long as you're fine to be a bit in the red light and ignore the seediness this place quite nice close to nightlife, food and transport.

Overall, I found the hotel to be satisfactory and would recommend it. It would be beneficial to include a chair in the room, as the distance between the bed and the table is somewhat inconvenient. Thank you.

8/10 Very good

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, lots of free amenities which were great. Unfortunately I found the bed to be really uncomfortable (extremely hard) and some of the floor appeared to be under construction which was not disclosed prior to check in.

The hotel itself is great, but the surrounding area can be noisy at night and littered with trash in the morning.

VERY nice in every way😊! And great location!

VERY nice hotel🤩 So much luxury, clean everywhere, very good service, very nice location, everything was just perfect👍☺️! (Not the morning buffet, though. We took a look and decided no thank you. But if you are into bacon and sausages and toast, you will probaly love it) We will come back for sure!

2/10 Poor

They wanted to charge us for not having enough pillows and towels and we also accidentally left some stuff in the room and were told they cannot give back items once they’ve been collected. Worst hotel ever.
