Good hotel but lacks the wow factor and some things could be better. The beach/deck area was great and relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast and lunch buffets very good and plentiful. Ambiance of the resort is pleasant and relaxed. Rooms are modern but generic in terms of decor. However there are a few things that could have been better - everything is done by QR code which is annoying (especially when you have just arrived and not connected to the WiFi!), the water and coffee in the room wasn’t replenished each day without asking, the shower temperature was inconsistent, the signature evening restaurants (although setting and atmosphere was nice) food was a bit disappointing and not worth the extra compared to just going to the main buffet. They expected us to have booked evening meals in advance but had not contacted us to advise this was expected or advise on what the options even were. Overall we had a nice stay but have also been to better properties for this price.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful & clean with lots of places to lounge about. The room was lovely & spacious with an incredible view from the balcony. The buffet had a wide selection of food each night. Bear in mind if you travel at this time, some of the à la carte restaurants weren’t open for the first few days due to low season. Highly recommend overall and will definitely come back

Great seaside property. The location is a short taxi ride away from downtown antique Bodrum, Bitez, or Gumbet. The property was clean, had a great service, and decent food. The spa and massage therapists were amazing! We spent 8 days at this hotel and loved every min!

We recently stayed 4 nights in Bodrum with our family and friends, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we made our reservation through Expedia, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Melodi Hanim and Özlem Hanim for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - from assisting us with modifying our reservation to organizing the most beautiful baby gender reveal party we could have imagined. Melodi Hanim took care of every detail with such care - from arranging the decorations and the cake to coordinating everything seamlessly with the team. Overall, we had a great time. The property is small enough to make it an intimate experience. The staff are excellent. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. The only two things that were problematic were: (1) They had these little bugs all over our room every night. They seemed to be drain flies. This made it difficult to relax at night; (2) They need to take more care about food allergies. My daughter experienced an allergic reaction due to encountering nuts in her food, and the staff had no idea what food had what. This was very dangerous. She was almost hospitalized. This prevented me from giving it five stars. Also, the “free” à la carte restaurant was booked and we could not get in. This was very annoying.

Great Resort! Great Location! Great Service! My first all inclusive and I was surprised at how good the food, drinks and service was. And we have high standards. Many dining options and you could always get something to eat if it was between lunch and dinner hours. Dock side sunning was fantastic. If you didn't want that, go sit around the pool. Drink service in both location were spectacular. Sandy beach if you want that and a huge roped off swim area in the sea. I can't say enough good things about this 5 star resort. We'd definitely recommend it and stay there again.

I’m not sure that I’d consider this property 5 star, in comparison to the other 5 star properties nearby. There is loud music that plays until midnight, the service by the water is poor, the restaurant wasn’t able to serve their regular menu. The toilets by the water wouldn’t flush. The spa is certainly not 5 star by any means - no robes, slippers or service. Massage wasn’t great & the bathrooms were not serviced.

The space was clean and airy. The staff were friendly and hard working, making the service superb. despite the language barrier they did their absolute best to accomodate every need. big 3 buffets a day with great food variety! beautiful views over dinner. breakfast with fresh juices and dessert were amazing. maybe the mains recipes may have not been top notch but we always left with full bellies! the drinks bar runs 24 hrs which was great. there was a decent gym and beautiful indoor pool with relaxation area, and countless bars ! live music at night with drinks was quiet entertaining our room had a beautiful sea view, very spacious, with proper coffee machine and good selection of teas. however our only criticism is the AC!. it takes forever to kick in and automatically turns off if you open the window and randomly at night!, every night I would be woken up by the heat at stupid o clock to turn it on again overall our stay was superb and truly enjoyed the private beach, would come again in a heartbeat if you promise a better AC!
