Great value for money! A fully furnished apartment. As it's a separate building, it gives you privacy as well. Very easy check in and out, parking right in front of the door. Modern aprtment for even a longer stay.

The black box is a nice concept but lacking on delivery. The kitchen doesn’t have basic components - not just salt & pepper, but a dish towel, paper towels, and other essentials. The black box sleeps a lot of people and is a good place if you just want to sleep, but it’s not walkable to any restaurants or shops - you have to drive. There was also a black sweatshirt left on the couch - which makes you wonder about attention to cleanliness. If someone is missing their sweatshirt it is hanging in the broom closet. Overall nice place with lots of beds, but nothing else around except houses.

Overall we slept well and place is ok to stop by after long journey. Check in and check out process is complicated, bathroom had poor smell and very small. For the price it wasn’t bad for one night but would not comeback if in area again, rather pay little more and stay somewhere with staff available

Place was beautifully designed but poorly managed. The on site check-in system was broken, the place was dirty (standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher, broken fan, broken kitchen tools, no paper towels or soap in the kitchen, hair from previous guests etc). The place could be really nice if it was properly maintained and cared for. It is a beautiful design and aesthetic.

Both smoke detectors had been removed. There was hair in the beds and stains on the sofa. The room had no windows and only one door to open to cool the room down. The room was very hot, especially for those who slept in the bunks.

The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided as well as flat batteries in the tv remote let it down. We then spent another 15 minutes figuring out how to use the oven as there were no instructions in English. We finally figured out how to change the language on the oven itself. Despite lots of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen there were no baking trays on which to place food in the oven. We then realised we also had no wifi so again had to call for assistance. Two people couldn't help but when a lady from front desk called about the issues we'd had checking in we spoke to her about the lack of wifi. She said she'd call her manager about the issue and we didn't hear anything further. We didn't get wifi either. A good concept for accommodation but a few things need finessing. We had a disappointing experience and unfortunately wouldn't stay again.

Ser fint og moderne ud men er slidt i kanterne fx gardiner der hænger i laser og sofa hullet og plettet. Desværre mangelfuldt rengjort / klargjort ved ankomst og flere defekter, heriblandt kaffemaskine og bruseholder og vand løber ud på gulvet under bad. Beskidt køleskab. Mangler knager og bøjler til tøj. Der er ikke service til de 6 personer lejligheden er normeret til. Ingen nødudgang / vinduer kun indgangsdør.

Das Chalet bietet an sich sehr viel. Ziemlich geräumig und ein sehr spannender Grundriss. Ich war allerdings mit der Sauberkeit unzufrieden. Das WC wurde offensichtlich nicht geputzt. Es hatte noch Haare von mind. 2 anderen Personen in und um die Schüssel. Und auch Spuren von Fäkalien. Im Waschbecken hatte es andere eklige Spuren welche eigentlich einfach gewesen wären um zu beseitigen. Die Duschköpfe waren auch nicht sehr einladend. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung!!

The compressor in the climate system constantly failed which made the visit during the heat wave less than comfortable. The thermometer in the cabin showed 35 degress. The fact that the rear door had been replaced with a wooden board made it impossible to cool down the cabin by a draft of cooler air in the evening. The second evening I contacted Chalet Park telling them about out problems and our intention to leave on day early since my daughters couldn't stand the heat. Chalet Park answered almost one week later, apologized and wrote that they had submitted a request to Expedia to refund me EUR180. When nothing happened I contacted Expedia through Hotels.com, but then Chalet Park either refused the refund they offered me or refused answering Hotels.com (unclear for me which). Anyway, I do NOT recommend a company that makes promises they don't intend to keep!

Fehlende Sauberkeit, erkennbar an Haaren im Bad, teilweise abgerissene Vorhänge und verschmutztem Backofen. Zudem 3 Gabeln, 4 Messer sowie 2 Kuchengabeln und Gabeln. 1 Rotweinglas, 2 Kaffeebecher, 2 Thermogläser sowie 2 verschiedene Espressotassen und 3 verschieden grosse Gläser. Alles in allem: Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson über diese Plattform schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch völlig unzureichende Sauberkeit und Besteck / Geschirr für eine Selbstversorgung wenigstens zum Frühstück. Nett, aber nicht noch einmal.
