Shower head was broke and the bathtub and shower was very old with a weird shower curtain making it difficult to shower. Old school key ( only had one) that had to be kept in the light switch in order to keep the air conditioning on. If you did though, there was no way to lock your room. The pool was very nice and had an amazing view.

We had a wonderful visit and could not have been happier with the location and experience! The pool was perfect for a cool down and relaxing moments and the Kamari beach area is beautiful and easy to navigate! The staff were phenomenal in suggesting things to do and helping book them! Hotel was in a good location. Hotel was clean. Some staff were nice, not much English spoken at the hotel. Room advertised hot tub. But it wasn’t heated so I think it’s not accurately listed. One day the chlorine levels seemed high. I asked at reception and a guy came and took some flies out, I tried to speak with him but he just said yes yes and left. No checks were done as far as I could see. The sea view is mostly from the cold hot tub. The pictures don’t show you mostly look onto the back wall of the rooms in front. The safe didn’t work. I did report it and was told it would be fixed. Was still broken when we left. No of the advertised spa facilities like the steam sauna and hot tub seemed to be operational. Pool area was nice and breakfast was ok.

We stayed at Epavlis for 4 nights and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, in a fantastic area, and has many worthwhile amenities. Unfortunately the staff were unresponsive to an incident that happened when housekeeping removed our do not disturb sign and cleaned our room without permission. I have allergies to chemicals and detergents so we were very clear about not having our room cleaned (I usually wipe everything with safe cleaner and use my own pillowcases, blankets, etc) which they agreed to, but unfortunately went against. We expressed our discomfort with staff entering our room and touching our personal belongings against our wishes. They agreed to refund us for part of our stay but didn't follow through and have ghosted us in terms of providing any resolution or compensation. I think guests would expect their privacy to be respected with a 'do not enter/do not disturb' sign for a variety of reasons and would be disappointed to learn people had been in their room without permission. Additionally, the private pools with the more expensive rooms are not advertised accurately, as they are not on a private patio and anyone can get to them. We were unable to use ours due to how dirty it was.

Luxury away from the crowds

This was the perfect end to our Greek island hopping holiday. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. The room with its sea view was spacious and comfortable, the pool and pool bar were glorious and the staff friendly and helpful. We hope very much to be back!

Stunning views and great staff

I traveled with my daughter and stayed here for 2 nights. We booked the room with the hot tub and a beautiful view. I have to say the view and patio was stunning. The room however was outdated and the bathroom was not in great condition. Tub was stained dirty and we had no soap. When i asked the cleaner for some she gave me 2 bottles of conditioner lol. Breakfast had a large selection for everyone and was good. The pool and pool bar was amazing. Stunning views and just a great place. This hotel is located on the farthest end of the beach strip. Its located up a big hill so about 7 min walk from the beach. Be aware that transportation from the airport to this hotel is 30eur for a 15 min ride. I would recommended this hotel we just didn't live the room condition and the pillows were not good.

Tutto perfeIl soggiorno è stato nel complesso molto positivo. L’hotel è bello, tutto perfetto dal punto di vista della struttura e dei servizi. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, niente da dire sotto questo aspetto. L’unico appunto riguarda la pulizia: in tre giorni non mi sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani e le pulizie giornaliere avrebbero potuto essere un po’ più approfondite. Nel complesso, però, una buona esperienza.

Schöne Zimmer, das Badezimmer ist leider ein wenig veraltet und müsste renoviert werden. Toller Meeresblick. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten. Der Aufstieg zum Hotel ist ein wenig anstrengend, nichts für Leute mit Gehproblemen. Gerne wieder.

Overall, the property, service and location were good. I would prefer more clarification on what's included in the cost such as steam room, sauna, massage which were not included. For improvement, i would like to have seen a kettle in the room, a bottle of water per day, a shuttle service to the airport, more customer care and and informwtion on local services like converting money.
