La verdad no me gustó mucho, el hotel estaba en construcción y la estadía estuvo un poco incomoda, a demás el desayuno es terrible y en 4 días de estadía nunca le hicieron aseo a la habitación.

I would like to Say that i had a horrible experience with this hotel because i arrived at Georgetown with My 10 yr old daughter at 3 am and notified them of My arrival so that they would accomodate My chek in to which they responded positively. But uppon arrival the adress they provided LEad to a construcción site calles Indian suits on the opposite end of the road.the night guard workin at that hour helped us and redirected us to the other end of road where we never found the hotel.when i called the number they provided in tye confirmation receipt it was a wrong number. SO i was at 4 am in Georgetown with My daughter and an unknown taxi driver circlying around to find the hotel never to be found.i had to chek in to another guest house at an additional cost.and also they are unwilling to refund despiste that their responsibility due to information thatbwas not precise nor correct.hence i do not recommend this installation.

on arrival the hotel looked like a construction site, no car park or outside area. we weren't informed that the building was under construction and remodelling. we stayed in the family loft room .floor tiles cracked .hob not working and rusty .kitchen wall cupboard on floor Wednesday 10th September evening 2 cockroaches ran across the floor, had to call front desk they arrived and sprayed them and removed one, Thursday morning the other one was in the cupboard that had our cereal and some food in, which had to get thrown away. The wardrobe had no space for clothes neither did it have coat hangers . The kitchen area not equipped with anything, we had to buy a kettle which we gave to the hotel on our departure. The list I have is endless, in a word we were completely blindsided by not one but both our bookings through you and will be hard pressed to recommend you let a lone use you again. Both my bookings with Hotel.com have failed to meet my expectation of a service well done and has been disappointment after disappointment. photos to follow in a separate email.

Beautiful hotel, still under construction but it was amazing. The room is clean, have ALL essentials you would need, hot and cold shower, Complimentary breakfast, car service to airport and around the neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again

This is going to be beautiful and safe hotel... but very NEW for now. Still a work in progress. Built not for the claustrophobic. Plenty of room amenities. Breakfast on the go. And is located in a nice neighborhood.

The Room Smelt Musty Smell on Arrival and with No Windows made it impossible to get Rid of the Smell. My First night I was constantly annoyed by 2 fly's, had insects in the room, No daily housekeeping unless you actually go and ask them to Clean! No change of towels, soap or shampoo. Stayed 8days and it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast leaves Alot to be desired with No Eating Area. Just stand and eat or go to your room and eat with fly's! The Hotel is under Construction still so it's very dusty and noisy! Definitely will Not Return. Worst Hotel Experience I've ever had.
