No complaints, people who worked there were friendly enough, rooms were clean, toiletries restocked daily, breakfast was fine, check in staff were pleasant, breakfast staff were pleasant, our room was quiet, the location was good and close to I P Pavlova tram and metro stops, not really sure what everyone else is complaining about tbh. It's a cheap place to stay, convenient and clean. If you're expecting the Ritz for a few hundred quid then you're staying at the wrong places. The worst part was the other guests who were staying there who were particularly rude.

The Room was perfect, was big and had AC. The hotel is located roughly 20 min walking from Old town. 100% recommended. You can rest perfectly there, I would reccomend that you stay at least two days in the hotel to enjoy the Beer Spa

The lobby was a little sketchy looking so I was a bit apprehensive when we first walked in, but the staff were nice and I was completely satisfied with the room and breakfast. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Location was decent, a couple blocks away from a subway station. The area looks a little run down, but I never felt unsafe. In all, I had a great stay here.

The hotel isn’t very quiet. You can hear people talking and slamming doors at all hours. So most rooms don’t have AC but windows do open! I would recommend bringing an outlet strip because there’s not many and the ones by the bed, you need the light as there’s not much lighting in the room period. Has daily breakfast that’s decent!

My partner and I came a long way. We decided to stay in Prague for my birthday on the 21st Dez. And the first day just transitioning in the hotel was terrible because of the inconvenience of no close parking, paying extra fees for unrealistic conditions that were not made aware of until we got to the hotel. Overall it was fine. More like. 2 star than 3. The breakfast decent, the staff were a little confusing considering there are not versatile in any language than Czech, the environment was fine. I wouldn’t recommend staying here long term. This was a short trip for us thankfully but if we ever decide to come back to Prague, we would definitely chose a more lavish and convenient hotel.

So so

I did not like much. When I've arrived the guy in the reception did not reply my hello, the room had the window in the roof, so I could not open it on the first night because the rain, the breakfast was cheap quality. Most of all I felt a bit cheated because I thought there was the transfer to the airport included in the price as written in Hotels.com web-site but the desk guy told me that they mean by that "the would make a call to a taxi."...alright. The positive points are the good location and the room was tidy and clean.
