It was a very convenient place for my stay. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you’re visiting Plaza Mayor. I would definitely stay here again.

6/10 Good

Spent a week here. The place is clean and the staff is great, but the soundproofing is awful. My room faced the lobby, and even on the 4th floor, I could hear everything: ground-floor conversations, clinking glasses, ringing phones, dogs, and neighbors opening and closing doors in the hallway. It felt like there were no walls. Overall a decent stay, but getting a good night's sleep all week was impossible.

Breakfast was very good! Specially the option of the scrambles eggs with bacon , croissant, orange juice, coffee or hot chocolate. I wish they have different options for everyday. No hangar or a closet to hang your clothes and the last was the TV cable or programming are not the best one or not too much choices to enjoy a day at the room to watch TV... overall this property and the staff was great and friendly!
