8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay at Ten Hill Place. It was very convenient for our time in Edinburgh. The staff was helpful and we appreciated that they helped us with an early check-in after an overnight flight.

Staff was amazing and everything was thought of at this hotel. They even had a scale to weigh your bag before you went to airport. Nice location too.

8/10 Very good

Hotel well located on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Good room choice, easy to check in and out. Bar and food are limited, as is parking. You can't book a place in advance, and to access the 3/4 parking spaces, you need to get a card from reception. There is nowhere to pull up legally to obtain this card until you check in. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff pleasant and overall good place to stay.

8/10 Very good

The staff was excellent. The room and food service were excellent. The parking situation was abysmal, thus the 4- star rating. Hotel management should make arrangements for adequate, close-by parking. At the price-point for this property, visitors should not have to walk 10+ minutes to retrieve vehicles from parking areas that are not well- lit.

AMAZING staff! Very clean rooms. Only let down was the breakfast and that was still very nice. Just not up to the same level of excellence of the rest of the hotel. I would stay again.

BEAUTIFUL hotel centrally located in the Surgeons Quarter part of downtown! We walked everywhere without issue….the Royal mile being mere blocks from the hotel! The staff were AWESOME…..kind, professional, and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when we are back in October!!

The property was immaculate and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations for sights and things to do. Restaurant food and drinks were delicious, and the in-room tea and coffee station was much appreciated. Also enjoyed the air conditioning in the rooms given the recent heatwave. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel and stay here again if I'm ever back in Edinburgh.

Great place to stay. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Near all the attractions, with restaurants nearby. Don't miss out.

This is a great property in a very convenient location. It's easy to walk to the Royal Mile and Old Town - and even over to New Town. The hotel is clean, well-appointed, with helpful and friendly staff. The bar/restaurant area is quite large and comfortable. And there are plenty of restaurant options nearby. Parking is limited, but very convenient. My only complaint: this was the only place I stayed in Scotland (out of 4 hotels) that charged for premium coffees at breakfast.
